As the Partnership Consultant for Bold North Associates, Ariel works with the sponsorship, marketing, events, and hospitality teams to execute sponsor, partner, and supplier agreements.

Ariel joined the Bold North Associates team during the planning of Super Bowl LII and has since worked for Mayo Clinic and consulted on projects including the 2022 NCAA Women’s Final Four and 2023 Big Ten Women’s Basketball Tournament. Ariel is now focused on the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games.

Ariel has also worked for companies such as the Food Network, NBCUniversal, and the Walt Disney Company, where she worked on the opening of Shanghai Disney Resort in Shanghai, China.

Ariel lives in New York City and graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.

Consumer Marketer and Content Strategist


Stephanie has created iconic brands, launched award-winning campaigns, developed engaging events and experiences, and executed multi-channel strategies incorporating paid, earned, and owned media throughout her career.

Stephanie has held various event and marketing roles at JLL, Eden Prairie Center, the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee, Mall of America, and Nickelodeon Universe. Her client roster has included the 2023 Big Ten Women’s Basketball Tournament, the 2022 NCAA Women’s Final Four, Exhibits Development Group, Health + Commerce, and Leisure Hotels.

Stephanie is a graduate of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and currently lives in Plymouth, MN with her fiance Nate and two kittens, Posie and Pixel.

Maureen is an organizational visionary and recognized for her ability to lead dynamic teams that successfully deliver results. As CEO of Super Bowl LII, Maureen’s forward-thinking marketing and guest-focused strategies generated $450M for the local economy, garnered over 11.5B media impressions and attracted more than 1M attendees. Through a customer survey, more than 83% of visitors intended to return Minnesota. A favorite quote from a corporate Super Bowl sponsor said “I don’t know what we’re (Minnesota) is going to do now that we’re cool.”

An award-winning “marketer’s marketer” and expert in creating and building bold brands, as the Executive Vice President for Mall of America, Minnesota’s biggest tourism destination, Maureen led the marketing strategy and team from opening day. The Mall is now an international shopping destination with over 40M guest visitors and an economic impact of more than $3B annually.
